To use certain features, you may need to create an account and connect third-party platform credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Our products integrate with third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of any third-party platform.
Payment and Billing
Certain products or features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are described on each product's website. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offshoot Labs and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination -- including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law -- will continue to apply.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Offshoot Labs is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
